I have been certified as a Massage Therapist since 2002, trained at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, NM.  I hold NCBTMB national certification, state licensing through Arizona, and am a member in good standing with the ABMP.

  I specialize in Intuitive Massage; utilizing the body's natural instincts and emotions to effect structural realignment through musclar release.  I am trained in Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, Myofascial Release,  Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation, Active Isolated Stretching, Pharmacology and Medical Massage; utilizing each modality to complement fluid movements with a Lomi Lomi flair.  I can help treat symptoms associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TMJ Disorder, frozen shoulder, sciatic pain, auto accidents, work and sports injuries, high blood pressure, stress and anxiety, depression and fatigue, and many others.

In my 6 years of experience, I have worked with athletes, seniors, children, chiropractic patients, weekend warriors, artists, massage therapists, and many regular folks.  I've treated chronic injuries, repetitive use injuries caused from office work illnesses such as chronic fatigue and surgeries such as joint replacement and spinal fusion.  My clients tell me they have felt relief for the first time in years, and go on to incorporate exercise and healthy diet changes into their life after feeling the effects of relief from chronic pain.
